How do we sign up?
Go to the tab 'Sign Up' and fill in your information. When this is finished an account
will be created for your company and you as an administrator.
After this you can start using and evaluate if our solutions fills your needs. Evaluation
time is 30 days and if you do not want to continue using our service you do not
have to do anything. There is no cost involved for evaluating us.
Will we be automatically billed after the trial?
No. You must manually purchase a membership at the end of the trial, otherwise the
account is inactivated.
What do we need to get started?
Since it is a web based system you only need an internet connection and a modern
web browser to get started. No other installation is needed.
Pricing
If you want to continue using our system after the first 30 day free trial you can
purchase monthly access using your credit card. The payments are handled by the
external payment service Paypal, a highly secure payment provider.
When you make the purchase you will be able to select how many months you want to
pay for and for how many maximum registered users you want to have.
Please observe: The monthly fee has now only $1 (excl tax) per user!!!
What payments options are there?
We use Paypal as payment provider and accepts all the major credit
cards.
Is there different access levels?
There are two levels. One access level for administrators who can add users, projects,
other administrators/users etc and one access level for ordinary users that will
only be able to access their own information.
What reports exists in the timesheet software?
To view examples of the reports offered in the timesheet software please browse
to the report examples.
We want to install Timeduty on our own servers. Is this possible?
No. Timeduty is designed to be hosted on our servers.
Is it possible to export the registered time to other applications?
Yes, the detailed time report
can be exported to both Excel and to an XML-file that could be used for importing
into other applications.
Does timeduty have functionality for approving time registrations?
Yes, There is a module called Time Approval that is for this purpose. It is free of charge as a user of Timeduty.com
The use of the time approval module is configurable. If your are an administrator you can find
the setting by logging in, and then selecting 'Company Settings' in the menu.

Does the Mileage Log module cost extra, and where can we find it?
No, we do not charge anything extra for using the Mileage Log module.

Yes, the expense tracking module is also included in the normal membership fee.
